And that’s exactly why I spent the past 2.5 months in Dubai, not launching a new offer or hosting a retreat, but quietly healing, deeply resting, and resetting my nervous system and immune system… so I could come back stronger, clearer, and more grounded for my clients and students.
Here’s why I made that choice and what it looked like in practice.

My Body Was Speaking Loudly… And I Finally Had to Listen
After over a year of living in Bali (a place I deeply love), my body started waving a few red flags 🚩
From Dengue fever, to mold exposure, to hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, and heavy metal toxicity—my system was struggling.
As someone who teaches nervous system regulation and supports other empaths and healers in avoiding burnout, I had to pause and ask:
Am I truly walking my talk right now?
The answer was: not fully.
So I listened. And I chose to give myself the gift of a full-body, full-system reset.
Why Dubai?
Honestly, Dubai offered me everything I needed in this season:
✨ A clean, comfortable environment
✨ A sense of structure and routine
✨ Sunshine and walkable mornings
✨ High-quality food and wellness support
It gave me the space to come back to myself, gently and with intention.
The Reset: How I Rebuilt My Energy + Immunity
Here’s a peek into what that reset actually looked like:
🌞 Morning Rituals
I started every morning with sunlight and movement. No social media, no sunglasses, just walking and breathing. Early light exposure was key for my circadian rhythm and hormone balance.
🍳 Diet & Digestion
I shifted to high-quality protein, especially in the mornings.
I reduced coffee, swapped wine for mineral water, and added more healing broths, fermented foods, and castor oil packs to support my liver and digestion.
🧘♀️ Movement & Recovery
I lifted heavier in the gym, practiced yoga 5+ days a week, and prioritized recovery with Epsom salt baths every night.
🌿 Nervous System Support
I got back into my daily Qi Gong practice, committed to deeper meditation, and gave myself full permission to slow down, even when I didn’t feel “productive.”
💛 Community & Environment
I joined high-vibe online spaces with others focused on health and alignment, because who you surround yourself with matters, especially when you’re resetting your life or biz.
Why This Reset Made Me a Better Leader
Doing this wasn’t just about healing my body, it was about reconnecting with the version of me that leads from true overflow.
Because if I want to support my Mastermind clients, my retreat guests, and my students with big, bold transformations…
I need to be deeply rooted in my own well-being first.
Not just managing symptoms, but thriving from the inside out.
