I was recently asked this question in an interview:
Was there someone who helped you get to where you are today?
And the truth is, yes. Absolutely.
Over the past five years, I’ve received support to grow my healing and coaching business from many different mentors, business coaches, and masterminds. I don’t believe any of us build something meaningful entirely on our own. Support matters. Guidance matters. Being in rooms with people who stretch your vision matters.
But when I look back now, what stands out most is not only the mentors who supported me in ways that felt deeply aligned.
I also feel grateful for the programs and coaches who taught me that there was only one way to grow and scale a business.
Because living through that taught me something I now know with my whole body:
That is simply not true.
And for the women that I mentor now, that truth changes everything.

The problem was never that I needed more discipline
For a long time, I was exposed to messaging in the online business space that made scaling sound very linear.
Be more visible, sell more often, launch harder, add more offers, be more available.
And do it the way that worked for someone else.
And while some of that advice may work for certain people, it didn’t fully honor who I am.
I’m a sensitive, empathic business owner.
I care deeply. I feel deeply. I need spaciousness in the way that I work. I value freedom, presence, and sustainability just as much as I value growth. And especially once travel became part of my lifestyle, I learned the hard way that I could not build a business based on constant output, constant access, or constant availability.
That model might look successful from the outside.
But behind the scenes, it can become exhausting very quickly.
So much of what is praised online as ambition is actually overextension.
And so many brilliant women are quietly trying to scale businesses that are asking too much from them.

What I learned changed the way I mentor forever
The beautiful thing is that every experience shaped me.
Even the moments where I invested in support that didn’t resonate with me.
Even the teachings that made me feel like I had to override my nervous system in order to succeed.
Even the strategies that were built for someone else’s energy, someone else’s life, someone else’s priorities.
Because those experiences sharpened my discernment.
They taught me that success is not about copying the loudest person in the room. It’s not about forcing yourself into a model that looks good on paper but feels draining in real life.
It’s actually about building a business that’s aligned with your energy, your values, your desires, and your life.
That is one of the deepest reasons I have become the mentor I am today.
I don’t teach my clients to build businesses that require them to abandon themselves in order to grow.
I help them scale their businesses so they actually support the life they want to live.

This is why my work is different
The women who come into my world are often already doing well.
They have great clients and amazing offers.
They have proof that what they do works.
But what they’re really craving is a business that feels…
Simpler, more spacious, more scalable, and more profitable without being more consuming.
They’re done with trying to squeeze themselves into strategies that ignore their humanity.
And they’re also done with business models that only grow when they are constantly “on.”
They’re ready for a new level of leadership. One where they can create more income, more freedom, more impact, and more elegance in the way their business runs.
That’s the work that I care most about.
Because I know what it’s like to be a woman with a big vision and a sensitive system.
I know what it’s like to want a global life, meaningful work, deep impact, and financial expansion, without wanting to build it through pressure, noise, or burnout.
And I know that there is another way.

The strongest businesses are not always built the loudest
One of the biggest myths in the online space is that scaling requires you to become more available, more intense, and more productive at all times.
It’s simply not true.
True scaling happens when you learn how to simplify what already works.
When you create scalable offers that are deeply aligned, you refine your messaging so it speaks directly to the right people, you stop leaking energy into strategies that aren’t designed for you and you build recurring, scalable income in a way that matches your real capacity.
And the women who I mentor inside my higher-level spaces are often relieved to discover that they don’t need to become someone else in order to reach their next level.
They need to become more honest, more discerning and more devoted to building a business that loves them back.

Why this matters so much to my mastermind clients
My mastermind clients don’t come to me looking for another formula to blindly follow.
They’re looking for nuanced, high-level support.
They want a mentor who understands business growth, but also understands energy. A mentor who will help them expand their visibility, income, positioning, and leadership without pushing them into a model that is unsustainable for the life that they actually want.
They want someone who sees the full picture: the strategy, structure, emotional patterns, overextension and the places where success is already present, but simplicity is missing.
That’s where I do some of my best work. Not by handing women a rigid blueprint.
But by helping them create a business model and growth strategy that fits who they actually are.
Because when your business is built in a way that honors your energy, everything changes.
Your offers become stronger, your sales become more spacious, your growth becomes more sustainable, and your life starts to feel like something you actually get to live.
So yes, I am deeply grateful for the mentors, coaches, and masterminds that supported me.
And I am also grateful for the ones who showed me what was not true for me.
Because every one of those experiences helped me become a more powerful mentor for the women I now serve.
They helped me stop teaching generic growth, they helped me stop believing there is only one path to success, they helped me build a body of work that is rooted in individuality, sustainability, and real freedom.
And that is exactly what I want for the women who step into my world now.
Not borrowed success or performative growth.
And definitely not a business that looks good but feels draining.
But a business that is deeply aligned, abundant, and built to support the woman leading it.
That is the standard. And that is the kind of mentorship I am proud to offer.
So If you’ve built something beautiful, but the way you’re carrying it no longer feels sustainable… it doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
It means you’re ready for a more sophisticated way of growing.
One that honors your energy, supports your lifestyle, creates more freedom, and allows you to scale without disconnecting from yourself.
That is the work.
And that is exactly why I do what I do.
