Six years ago, from the outside looking in, it looked like I had built something successful.
I was living in Los Angeles, helping run three thriving yoga studios.
Hosting high-level events.
Working with celebrities and finance moguls.
I was in the rooms most people were trying to get into.
But behind the scenes… I was exhausted.
My nervous system was constantly in overdrive, and no matter how much I achieved, it never felt like enough.
And if I’m honest, I don’t think I even gave myself the space to question it.
Because I thought:
This is what success is supposed to look like.
When Everything Slowed Down… I Had to Face the Truth
When the world shut down in 2020, something unexpected happened.
For the first time in years, I had space to breathe, to reflect, and to actually ask myself:
What do I really want my life to look like?
And the answer wasn’t more students, more events, or more recognition.
It was freedom and spaciousness.
It was building something that actually supported my energy, instead of draining it.
So I made a decision that changed everything.
I launched my own remote business.
Not just to make money online, but to create a life where I could live, work, and move through the world on my own terms, while helping other people find that same sense of balance and alignment.

The Pattern I Didn’t Want to Admit
But here’s what most people don’t talk about:
Just because you change your environment, doesn’t mean you’ve changed your patterns.
When I started traveling full-time, I thought I had “made it.”
I was working from beautiful places like Mexico, living the lifestyle I had once dreamed about…
And yet, I was spending 10–12 hours a day on my laptop.
Still pushing, still proving and still chasing something I couldn’t quite name.
I had created freedom, but I didn’t know how to hold it.
The Wake-Up Call I Didn’t See Coming
A few years into traveling full-time, I decided to go to Bali to slow down.
At least, that’s what I told myself.
But in reality, I hadn’t actually changed how I was operating.
And within the first week of arriving…
I got dengue fever.
I was completely bed-ridden for three months.
And while I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone, it gave me something I had been avoiding for years:
Stillness.
There was no pushing through, no “just one more thing.”
And there was nothing to prove.
Just space.
And in that space, I finally saw the truth:
I hadn’t built a sustainable business.
I had just recreated burnout in a more beautiful location.

The Shift That Changed Everything
That period forced me to ask a different question:
Not “How can I grow more?”
But…
How can I build a business that actually supports the life I want to live?
That’s when everything began to change.
I stopped trying to do more, launching overcomplicated offers, and building from pressure.
And instead, I started focusing on:
- Simplifying my offer suite,
- Aligning my business with my energy and capacity,
- Creating recurring, sustainable income streams,
- Designing a model that supported both growth and spaciousness.
This is the work I now do with my clients.
Because honestly, most women I work with aren’t lacking strategy.
They’re lacking clarity, simplicity, and a business model that actually honors how they’re wired.
If this sounds familiar,
If you’re building something powerful, but you feel like:
- you’re overworking to maintain it,
- your offers feel scattered or unclear,
- your income isn’t as consistent as you want it to be,
- or you’ve created “freedom”… but you’re not fully experiencing it,
It’s time to simplify.

Your Next Step: Simply Scale
This is exactly why I created my upcoming 14-day Simply Scale Challenge.
It’s definitely not about adding more to your plate.
It’s about helping you:
- simplify your offers,
- clarify your messaging,
- and build a scalable path to more aligned income,
without burning out your energy or overextending your time.
Because scaling isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually works, in a way that you can sustain.
✨ If you’re ready to step into that next level with more clarity, ease, and intention…
>>Join the Simply Scale Challenge here.
It’s time for you to stop proving your worth, and to start scaling a business that supports your life… not one that you have to recover from.
And now is the perfect time for that shift to start.
