Yes, yoga is for everyone.


But if you’re a highly sensitive soul like I am, your practice might need to feel a little different for it to truly land.

Maybe you’ve tried the strong flows, the crowded studios, the fast pace, and left feeling more disconnected and drained than grounded and calm.


That doesn’t mean yoga isn’t for you.

It just means your body is asking for something softer, something slower, something that actually feels like you.

You weren’t built to push,
You were built to feel.

And that is a gift, not a weakness.

You are not fragile. You are powerful in a different way. You feel deeply, you sense more than most. And when your nervous system is overwhelmed, even the quietest class can still feel like too much.

So your practice needs to honour that,
It needs to honour you.

Here’s what that might look like:


— Moving gently with your breath, not a with a fast, loud beat in your ear,


— Sinking into long, juicy, supported savasanas with bolsters or blankets,


— Letting your body release what it’s been holding, through somatic movement and so much self compassion,


— Claiming stillness, without needing to earn it.

You don’t need to prove your strength through sweat.


You don’t need to push through your intuition.

You’re allowed to soften,
You’re allowed to rest,
You’re allowed to be held.

And from one sensitive soul to another, trust me when I say this because I’ve been where you are now.

Feeling ungrounded, exhausted and disconnected, but hopeful and inspired to make little changes in my practice and daily rituals so I can feel more myself again.

And guess what?

I was able to flick the switch.

I shifted from sweaty hot vinyasas to cooling yin and nidra.

I started taking longer walks in nature.

I incorporated more nervous system regulation through gentle breathwork and Qi Gong exercises.

And because I was able to take my power back and become and Empowered Empath, I felt called to help other sensitive humans like you do the same.

This is what I offer inside my retreats and healing courses, compassionate support for you to feel safe, nourished, and truly seen as the sensitive soul you are.
